Club Rules and Regulations

Members must pay the yearly due of $50 before they are able to participate in any member's benefits.

Members must not reveal any magic secrets for the sake of audience satisfaction or for financial gain.

Members must keep the magic shop clean and presentable at all times.

Members must not be rude or unpleasant to any non-members or customers.

No cursing, screaming, running around, smoking, defacing of property, drug-use, fighting, stealing, or any other illegal activity will be allowed on the premises.

If a member breaks something, he/she must pay for the item.

Members must respect the store, it's personnel and magic in general.

Members are not allowed behind the counter. No exceptions will be made.

Members are not allowed to use any electronic equipment without the consent of the store owner.

There is to be no solicitation or handing out of personal business cards/flyers on the premises.

Any member violating any of the above rules will be immediately reprimanded. A second violation will result in an immediate discharge from the club.
